Welcome
to the electronic HydroGRAM. The magazine’s
focus will be on all facets of water and water policy in the state of
Kansas. You’ll read about the issues that affect all of us and that will
take collective, cooperative and creative efforts to resolve.
Opinions expressed in the HydroGRAM do not necessarily reflect
the view or policies of the Kansas Water Office, Kansas Water Authority
or the State of Kansas. Thoughtful, constructive opinions
are welcome.
A print
version of the HydroGRAM was published for more than 10 years.
Issues that offer perspective on current conditions or that laid the
groundwork for today’s actions may be found in the archived files.
